Complainants can join the proceedings online through Google Meet
Newz Desk, Durgapur: The 134th Dak Adalat—a special grievance redressal forum of India Post—will be held in the city on December 15. The Chief Postmaster General of the West Bengal Circle will preside over the session, which will begin at 1 pm at Yogayog Bhawan. Complainants will also have the option to join the proceedings online through Google Meet, the postal department has announced.

The Dak Adalat provides citizens an opportunity to resolve long-pending issues related to postal services. To participate, complainants must submit their grievance reference number, copies of previous correspondence with postal departments along with dates, and their mobile number.
Complaints must be sent to S.C. Das, ADPS (CS), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, West Bengal Circle, P-36 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata – 700012. All entries must reach the office by December 3.
