No Need to Panic: BPCL confirms adequate petrol, diesel, LPG across Bengal

Newz Desk, Durgapur: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) on Tuesday assured citizens across West Bengal that there is no shortage of essential fuels, including petrol, diesel, CNG, and domestic LPG, amid growing concerns over supply disruptions.

The company stated that all its fuel stations and LPG distributorships across the state are functioning normally and are adequately stocked to meet consumer demand. BPCL emphasized that its supply chain operations remain strong and efficient, ensuring uninterrupted availability of fuel across its network.

The clarification comes at a time when apprehensions over fuel availability have been reported from several districts, prompting some consumers to resort to panic buying. BPCL, however, dismissed such fears and urged people not to indulge in unnecessary hoarding.

“There is no cause for concern. Supplies are stable, and our infrastructure is fully equipped to cater to the energy needs of consumers,” the company said in its statement.

Reiterating its commitment, BPCL assured that it will continue to maintain seamless fuel distribution and reliable energy access across West Bengal.

Consumers have been advised to remain calm and rely on official updates, as the situation remains under control with no disruption in supply.
