Under Vision 2030, Siddha Group plans to develop 1.02 crore square feet of residential apartments by the end of the decade and targets sales of over 3,000 housing units. To drive this expansion, the company has lined up eight new projects across its key markets. In Kolkata, upcoming developments include Siddha Galaxia Infinia and Siddha Rajarhat. Mumbai will see projects such as Siddha SeaFace Worli, Siddha Parasnath Wadala, Siddha Shivaji Park, Siddha Hanging Garden in Navi Mumbai, while Jaipur will host Siddha MI Road and Siddha One on Rajmandir BD Road.

Currently, Siddha Group has five ongoing projects across the three cities, comprising 2,889 units and covering a construction area of 64.41 lakh square feet. These include Siddha Serena and Siddha Sky Blu in Kolkata, Siddha Sky in Mumbai, and Siddha Aangan and Siddha Happyville in Jaipur, all at various stages of development.

The company closed the year with sales of over 500 units and reported a sharp 120 percent improvement in enquiry-to-sale conversion efficiency compared to 2024. This performance underscores strong demand, improving buyer confidence, and the effectiveness of Siddha’s focused product strategy and timely execution.

Sanjay Jain, Managing Director of Siddha Group, said Vision 2030 marks a transition into a new phase of growth. He noted that the company’s future expansion will focus not only on scale, but also on creating thoughtfully planned developments, stronger communities, and long-term value for customers and stakeholders. He added that favourable policy conditions, sustained infrastructure investment, and greater regulatory clarity have significantly strengthened buyer sentiment in the residential market.

Highlighting Siddha’s innovation-driven approach, Director Aayushman Jain said the group is looking beyond conventional real estate development to create integrated lifestyle ecosystems. As part of this vision, Siddha Group is set to introduce a drone-based delivery system at its Siddha Sky project in Wadala, in partnership with Skye Air. This will be the first such initiative in Mumbai, marking a notable convergence of real estate and technology aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and convenience for residents.

With Vision 2030, Siddha Group positions itself for sustained long-term growth while reaffirming its commitment to innovation, responsible development, and shaping the future of urban living in India.
